A nourishing, mindful, slow practice to target the deep layers of hte physical and energetic body. This 2 hour extended Yin class allows you to move deeply into the poses, stretching out and releasing tension. Work into myofascial release, while mindfully stretching muscles and relaxing with the breath. Soothe your soul and rejuvenate with this extended Spring Yin Yoga workshop.
No experience necessary, but bookings are essential.
