One Day Retreat

ONE-DAY RETREAT – Back to Basics

On Mindfulness & Meditation

Sunday 20th November, 9.30am – 4.30pm

Get back to basics with this beautiful mini-retreat.  A one day retreat to immerse yourself in Yoga with like-minded people.  In this retreat we are getting back to basics and exploring the foundations of mindfulness and meditation.

Where did it all come from? (Good question.) Why do we do it?  How do we do it?  (Great question!)  Are the benefits of mindfulness and meditation all they are cracked up to be, or is it a bunch of new-age nonsense?  How do I get to ‘the good stuff’?  Do I need to wear a sari or a tie-die t-shirt? (Erm, only if you want to.)

This day is great for beginners who want a clear and easy entry point into mindfulness and meditation, or for current practitioners who want to revisit the foundations and review – or renew – their practice.

Join us at our new space!

Qn. What do I do about food?

Light snacks will be provided.  Bring your own lunch from home, or visit some of the delightful local cafes and eateries.
Qn.  Do I need to bring anything?
