Get back to basics with this beautiful mini-retreat. A one day retreat to immerse yourself in Yoga with like-minded people. In this retreat we are getting back to basics and exploring the foundations of mindfulness and meditation.
Where did it all come from? (Good question.) Why do we do it? How do we do it? (Great question!) Are the benefits of mindfulness and meditation all they are cracked up to be, or is it a bunch of new-age nonsense? How do I get to ‘the good stuff’? Do I need to wear a sari or a tie-die t-shirt? (Erm, only if you want to.)
This day is great for beginners who want a clear and easy entry point into mindfulness and meditation, or for current practitioners who want to revisit the foundations and review – or renew – their practice.

The day includes:
- Still-mind Meditation to observe our mental processes
- Mindful Yoga oxygenating our body and brain, refreshing our awareness and insight
- BYO lunch or purchase locally (light snacks provided)
This day is an immersion into Yoga – exploration through Yogic philosophy, Asana (the physical practice of Yoga), Still-mind Meditation, and spending a day with people who are also genuinely interested too.
