Natalie Robertson discovered Yoga over 17 years ago, and is passionate in teaching Yoga students to develop strength, tone, flexibility and mindfulness.Due to her passion to educate others of the fundamentals of Yoga, she developed the company Yoga and U in 2010.
Her yoga classes incorporate both flowing and static sequences focusing on alignment and breathing. Designed to restore balance and flexibility; plus rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
Natalie graduated with her Diploma of Classical Yoga teaching qualifications from Australian College of Classical Yoga (ACCY) in 2007.
Her other talents include being a registered nurse for over 20 years; most of those in the critical care area. Her roles have included being a Clinical Educator and a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Intensive Care Unit at the Alfred Hospital. As well as an Affiliate Lecturer for Latrobe University; lecturing to the Masters Of Nursing students (Critical Care). Plus a Clinical undergraduate teacher for Alfred Health for various universities such as Deakin and Latrobe Univerisites.She also has the Cert IV in Assessment and Training Certificate.
Natalie is the Anatomy and Physiology Lecturer and Asana Assessor for the Australian College of Classical Yoga Melbourne, Australia, under her guru Swami Shantananda and Saraswati (Sally Dawson).
Natalie has been a Yoga Ambassador at the Lululemon store in Chadstone.
When Natalie is not teaching yoga, she is kept very much in the present with her two young and active children…A yoga practice within itself!
