  • Welcome to a fresh and shiny new year! New Years’ is a time for looking forward to new opportunities and new adventures. It’s a wonderful time of excitement and new possibilities. But it does beg the question – why do we only do that ONCE A YEAR?

    Every day is a new beginning. Every moment is a moment of endings and beginnings. Every day is a new adventure, a chance to live life how you want to live it. Perhaps that doesn’t mean having the life we want (goodbye to my wish list life of luxury on a secluded mountain lakeside). But we can live as we choose to within the life we have.

    Look for new paths instead of obstacles on old paths. Find new beginnings instead of old endings. Be open to what family and friends are offering instead of the loss of what you were expecting.
