Blissout is the lovely name we give to a longer meditation sit of 3 hours
You might think, “Oh! I could never sit so long. I’d get a cramp!Not so. Between each hour there will be a 2 minute break for moving your body – though in silence. And at the end, a light supper of chai and biscuits, (or anything else that some folks might bring to share)
Proviso
There is one proviso, though. If you have a diagnosis of some mental health problem, for instance major depression, or schizophrenia, please talk to your provider about whether this program is advisable for you.
Just occasionally, a person’s mind might decide that something else is preferable to simple stillness, and distract them from it with unpredictable alternatives. Remember, this is about just sitting still, it is not something for the mind to to.
Is it at the Studio or on-line?
